Mark Lee - Commercial Director
As a Director, Mark leads from the front & his enthusiasm is infectious. Mark's attention to detail is immense, as is his commitment to keeping Lifeline to the forefront of innovation by providing leading edge technology, whilst still wishing for the company to provide personal & effective relationships with all of our valued clients. Mark inspires confidence to both colleagues and potential clients alike, and takes the exceptional responsibilities of running a security company very seriously. Mark's broad ability to design & produce detailed specifications for all types of security systems keeps him fully occupied during his already extremely busy day. (affectionately known as 'Boyd' from BBC's Waking the Dead, for his explosive rants every now and then)

Nathan Lee - Technical Director
Having been acknowledged with industry awards & continuously receiving top grades for his installation work, we feel tremendously fortunately to have Nathan on board. His technical ability is second to none, and he remains extremely popular with our team of engineers, some of whom he has personally trained. Nathan has to commission & audit completed work, as well as lead Health & Safety and engineering tool box sessions. Nathan is recognized for his total dedication to see any issue through to its conclusion and is also well known for his amazing sense of humour.

Jean Lee - Company Secretary
Jean’s drive and ambition is a key factor to the successful running of Lifeline. Jean's unfailing support of her family provides just the right balance between work & family life. Amongst Jean’s many duties are dealing with our major contracts, invoicing and credit control. Jean will also take hold of any issue you may have and follow it through to a satisfactory conclusion.

Graeme Lee - Operations Manager
Graeme’s background covers extensive knowledge of this industry, at one time specialising as a world leader in both the design & manufacture of fire extinguishers for a variety of clients, including Formula One Racing Teams & major Airports. Graeme's tireless input has proved invaluable in ensuring that we remain at the top of our profession and is responsible for controlling the tedious, but necessary, NACOSS requirements (the accreditation for our industry.)

Cindy Dyer - PA to the Directors
Cindy is one of the longest serving members of our team here at Lifeline, having recently celebrated 20 years with the company. Cindy looks after the entire admin team, and reports directly to the management team. Please contact Cindy if you have any concerns at all. Cindy's main loves in life are her family and Manchester United (a huge fan)! Cindy says; "I am really proud to be part of a successful growing company. Nearly everywhere I go I always end up meeting someone who is one of our customers, and it's always great to get positive feed back from them."

Susan Collins - Business Development Manager
Susan joined Lifeline in August 2011 as Business Development Manager. Susan has extensive business knowledge and brings an extremely positive, dynamic and eager attitude to winning new business. Susan has great ambition and the long term goals she has set for Lifeline are impressive. Susan’s loves are her dog, walking, work and winning, her pet hates are 'losing' and poor performance.

Pete Turner - Installations Manager
Pete has been in the security industry for over 30 years. His experience has taken him all over the UK both working hands on and supervising large CCTV, Fire, Access Control & Intruder Alarms Systems to contracts including Tesco Extra Superstores and many others. Pete is of the old school, get in and get the job done, neatly, efficiently and enjoys the challenge that each new job brings about.

His extremely dry sense of humour is an acquired taste, and is famous internally to the answer question; ‘how long will that take Ian’? with the reply – “How long’s a bit of string”?

Angela Page - Customer Support Team
Angela joined our team in 2007 with many years experience from Norwich Union where customer care is paramount. In her spare time Angela loves to ride and take care of her horse 'Jake'. Angela along with her colleagues handles front line queries, emergency responses and allocates engineers." ..our normal hectic days include placing systems on test, co-ordination engineers, responding to emergencies, as well as handling day to day enquires. It's busy but we love it."

Becky has over ten years experience in customer care and joined us from Curry's. Becky's technical abilities and understanding in the electronics world is a valuable asset in our ever changing industry. Another Manchester United fan "Every day is a new challenge, with new solutions, says Becky, "I really enjoy the great variety of problems we have to find solutions for, and it's great building long term personal relationships with our customers."

Savannah joined Lifeline from leaving full time education last year and is currently going through her NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Admin. "Heh, it's not easy being the bosses daughter, what's expected of me is probably more than others, but working with my other team members is a great experience, apart from the fact that I'm a big Liverpool fan."

Ann Goldsmith - Customer Support Team
Ann is another long serving member of the team. Ann primarily looks after our quality returns, making sure that procured products are kept to a high standard.
