One of the keys to the Lifeline success, is building personal relationships with our customers and friends. Whilst we operate in a very security conscious environment, we are still all human beings. The personalities and passion behind the names help make Lifeline deliver a first class, personable customer experience.
Lifeline is a family based business, Directors and Owners, the Lee family all live on the Island. Lifeline is now in its fourth generation. Actively involved in the operations daily are Jean & Graeme, their son Mark and his two daughters Savannah & Chanelle. Each one adds an essential contribution and balance to the whole operation.
Mark heads up the Lifeline operation with a strong marketing and customer care bias. With the full support of a team of dedicated hard working individuals, the company is multi award winning both locally & nationally. Mark also sits on the board of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce.
Graeme has over 30 years of experience within the Fire & Security Industry. In the 1980's he designed automatic Fire Safety Systems to the Motorsport Industry. At one stage Graeme's expertise was installed in every single formula one car on the starting grid.
Director & Company Secretary
Jean manages the legal and contractual elements of the company. Jean's unyielding dedication has driven the company forward to achieve great things in gaining early NSI Gold accreditation and forming partnership with suppliers and customers alike.
Dave leads his team of engineers with dedication and attention to detail. His wealth of knowledge and experience within the Fire & Security industry helps to deliver all that makes up Lifeline.
CAD & Customer Support
Chanelle is our CAD Operator and produces first class high quality drawings. She is so eager to please all her work colleagues as well as customers. Her work ethic is an inspiration to us all.
Customer Support Supervisor
Becky is a wealth of knowledge. Along side her admin and operations team she helps to provide first line support to customers every day. Becky has an infectious enthusiasm to get it right for her customers.
Ali rejoins Lifeline after a brief spell away. Originally joining the company in 1999, Ali is one of our longer serving team members. In 2016 Ali joined a rival firm, but has now returned home to do what he loves best, installing and maintaining high quality Fire & Security Systems. He is renowned for a great sense of humor, and is a dedicated family man. Ali is now the company's Engineering Supervisor
Karinna joined the Lifeline team in 2015 as our Customer Support Representative and has quickly become a popular member of our team. Karinna is always cheerful, has a fantastic telephone manner and excellent work ethic. Karinna enjoys travelling, especially Japan and Asia.
Angela has been part of the Lifeline team for many years. Before leaving to have her lovely little girl she was part of our admin and customer support team. Angela now concentrates primarily on implementing our Credit Control, although her vast experience means she can turn her hand to most levels of support.
Ann started with Lifeline in 2001 so has been with us as the business has grown. Ann now works part time with us and as a full time mum. She is our Compliance Officer, but due to her length of service in admin and operations is able to turn her hand to help out wherever required.
Ian has been part of the Lifeline team since 1990. He says "I have seen many changes in the fire and security industry. I have enjoyed learning new technologies that now make up electronic fire and security systems. Ian's knowledge of legacy product and new modern applications is a highly valued skill and asset to the company.
Rob has joined Lifeline and now moved to the Isle of Wight. He says, for a slower pace of life (he thinks). Rob has been in the security industry for over 30 years and is a highly skilled engineer. His specialist areas are Access Control and IP CCTV Camera Systems. Robs experience has seen him work for world security giants Honeywell and Absolute Security.
Dean joined Lifeline in 2012 starting off installing Fire & Security systems of various types on some very large sites. Commencing with pulling cables, Dean has steadily advanced to become a very popular and valued member of the team.
Deans says "I have steadily progressed and I enjoy all aspects of the job especially learning new skills on a daily basis."
James first joined Lifeline as part of our Apprenticeship Scheme. After a couple of years with Lifeline he moved onto ventures new for a short time. Now, still full of youthful vigor and the experience of the big wide world, James rejoins the award winning team. James has a great attitude and a keen desire to earn and complete a good job.
'Tucker' as he is affectionately known to his friends and colleagues is one of our IT experts. He has extensive knowledge of Access Control and Door Entry Systems, and is one of our resident networking specialists. Mark enjoys every aspect of his role at Lifeline. Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his family and playing rugby.
Aaron has a wealth of knowledge of both HiVAC and SELV power systems. He has a keen desire to see jobs completed well and to a very high standard. Aaron is a key figure in our engineering team and a real pleasure to work alongside. In his spare time, Aaron keeps marine aquariums.
'Blakey' as he called by his colleagues is a well respected team member. David is polite and has a real desire to please and deliver the best customer service he can. Attention to detail is one of his key strengths. David is an amazing artist, specializing in pencil and charcoal. His drawings are so lifelike they have to be seen to be believed.
Simon is a great asset to the Lifeline team. He says, "my main duties include weekly maintenance of diverse fire and security alarm and emergency lighting systems". Simon is fast on his way to becoming a multi-skilled engineer in fire alarms and security systems. In his free time Simon enjoys spending time with his family, and playing online games.
Liam is one of our most recent additions to the team. He joins as an Apprentice and hopes to follow in the footsteps of the last three successful apprentices at Lifeline, all of who are still with the team. Liam is passionate about learning, getting ahead and being the best he can be. We are looking forward to working with Liam and developing his skills over the years to come.
