Lifeline field based engineers can now work in a highly streamlined and efficient way using a digital software system that directly benefits the customer. Previously, engineers completed jobs by filling out forms on-site in an out-of-date and time-consuming way.
SPEED & EFFICIENCY
Now, when a job is finished, electronic documents are completed on-site with customer signatures captured, and electronically transmitted back to the Lifeline Customer Support Team at their offices in Newport instantly – ensuring existing customer records are automatically updated. Both field based engineers and the customer support team are able to work on live data, improving efficiency and reducing travel requirements, enabling the customer support team to respond minute-by-minute.
