The personalities and passion behind the names help make Lifeline deliver a first class, personable customer experience.
Lifeline is a family controlled business and is now in its fourth generation.
Each member adds an essential contribution and balance to the whole operation.
Mark Lee
Managing Director
Mark heads up the Lifeline operation with a strong marketing and customer care bias. With the full support of a team of dedicated hard working individuals, the company is multi award winning both locally & nationally. Mark is also a board member of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce.

General Manager
Cindy has over 30 years experience with Lifeline and leads by exceptional example. Cindy is also our part of our Sustainability Team. Cindy is a well respected Manager both within the company and the business community.
David Littlejohn
Technical Manager
Dave leads his team of engineers with dedication and attention to detail. His wealth of knowledge and experience within the Fire & Security industry helps to deliver all that makes up Lifeline.
Savannah Lee
Account & Marketing Manager
Savannah’s passion is getting it right and delivering first class customer service. She also is our social media guru keeping followers up to date on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
Chanelle Sulik
CAD & Customer Support
Chanelle is our CAD Operator and produces first class high quality drawings. Chanelle is also our part of our Sustainability Team. She is so eager to please all her work colleagues as well as customers. Her work ethic is an inspiration to us all.
Becky Rann
Customer Support Supervisor
Becky is a wealth of knowledge. Along side her admin and operations team she helps to provide first line support to customers every day. Becky has an infectious enthusiasm to get it right for her customers.
Ian Turner
Engineering
Ian has been part of the Lifeline team since 1990. He says “I have seen many changes in the fire and security industry. I have enjoyed learning new technologies that now make up electronic fire and security systems.” Ian’s knowledge of legacy product and new modern applications is a highly valued skill and asset to the company.
Karinna Deller
Customer Support
Karinna joined Lifeline in 2015 as part of our Customer Support Team. She is also our IT specialist. Karinna is a popular member of our team, is always cheerful, has a fantastic telephone manner and excellent work ethic. She is renown for her witty emails and anecdotes to her colleagues. Karinna enjoys travelling, especially Japan and Asia.
Chelsea French
Customer Support
Chelsea is very focused and driven and enjoys learning new things. She’s in for a lifetime of that here. Chelsea is a fantastic asset to the team. A keen Southampton supporter. In her spare time, she enjoys family time, making memories and the odd pint or two.
Ann Goldsmith
Customer Support
Ann started with Lifeline in 2001 so has been with us as the business has grown. Ann now works part time with us and as a full time mum. She is our Compliance Officer, but due to her length of service in admin and operations is able to turn her hand to help out wherever required. Keen gardener too, our real green fingered lady.
Dean Perkins
Engineering
Dean joined Lifeline in 2012 starting off installing Fire & Security systems of various types on some very large sites. Dean has steadily advanced to become an extremely popular and valued member of the team. Dean says “I have steadily progressed and I enjoy all aspects of the job especially learning new skills on a daily basis.” A proper ol’ London lad, supports QPR.
Angela Hunt
Credit Control
Angela has been part of the Lifeline team for many years. Before leaving to have her lovely little girl she was part of our admin and customer support team. Angela now concentrates primarily on implementing our Credit Control, although her vast experience means she can turn her hand to most levels of support. Angela is also a great horsewoman.
Rhia Lewry
Engineering
Rhia has nearly 20 years of experience within the Fire & Security industry. Her knowledge is extensive and she is extremely professional. Rhia is an amazing addition and member of our team. Her installation skill are so good, she specializes in leaving people with the question “how did she do that?”
Tristan Dimond
Engineering
Tristan is a very ‘hands on’ practical person, who loves anything motor powered. In his free time he can be found tinkering with his car, motorbike or campervan. Tristan enjoys travelling with his wife and Greek rescue dog Pebbles.
Jack Wyatt
Engineering
Jack has multiple years experience within the construction industry carrying out a mixture of Electrical and Carpentry work. He is now honing his skill set on the service Lifeline delivers. In his spare time Jack volunteers at a Falconry and enjoys building and playing with PCs.
Dominic Aggio
Engineering - Service Team Leader
Dominic is a pleasure to have as part of the team. He is a very conscientious and considerate person who takes great pride in his work. Dominic joined us from Vestas Technology and has a wealth of IT, project and electrical skills.
Toby Chivers
Engineering
Toby has an amazing work ethic. Highly organised, he just cracks on with the task in hand. Toby is very customer focused and also has exceptional hands on talent. 18th Edition qualified he is another one of our resident qualifying electrical engineers.
James Sanders
Engineering
James is a highly skilled engineer with huge IT experience. Previous colleagues say “Give him a problem and you get solutions, put him in a crisis situation and you have someone who keeps his cool and gets on and works the problem. James forms part of our CCTV and Networking team.
James Attrill
Engineering
James joined our team in October 2021 and he has not looked back since. He has a very enthusiastic desire to learn all that he can, which should fit in well with all we have planned for him. In James’ spare time he enjoys building and flying drones and is an expert darts player (and now full time dad).
Oliver (Ollie) Williams
Engineering
After having a varied career, Ollie is really excited to train in something new. Ollie says he is loving the job so far and aims to become a positive part of the lifeline team. Outside of work, Ollie enjoys spending time with his partner and two amazing children, and if time allows, getting out on the golf course.
Elvis
Company Motivation & Mascot
Elvis is a thoroughbred pedigree Staffordshire Bull Terrier and adored by everyone. He even receives end of year gifts from his favourite supply chain partners. He used to work one day a week, but is now enjoying retirement. His role used to include, social support, staff well-being, motivation, a hearing ear, stress management, comfort and sorting through the bins. He pops in now and then.
