Eventually, all systems reach their end of life. While disposal is generally the responsibility of the owner, Lifeline offers specific support:
System Replacement: If we install a new system for an existing client, we will remove the old system and dispose of it in accordance with our Waste Consignment Note and WEEE Directive notice.
Management Oversight: Lifecycle environmental impact is a permanent agenda point at Management Meetings to ensure sufficient control at all stages.
Equipment Disposal: To conform with the “Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment” (WEEE) directive, equipment marked with the WEEE symbol must not be disposed of in public disposal systems.
Battery Disposal: This product may contain batteries marked with symbols indicating cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), or mercury (Hg). These cannot be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. Please return batteries to a designated collection point or contact us for details on our battery recycling scheme.
