Lifeline Alarm Systems Extends New Electric Vehicles to Fleet

Lifeline Alarm Systems is proud to announce the addition of three new VW ID Buzz electric vehicles to its vehicle fleet. This initiative highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainable practices, reinforcing the belief that eco-friendly solutions are integral to modern business operations.

Founded in 1990, Lifeline Alarm Systems has been leading the fire and security industry locally on the Isle of Wight, providing customised fire detection and security solutions to residential and commercial clients. Lifeline is also recognised as a leading business nationally within industry. With a commitment to customer satisfaction and technological advancement, Lifeline continues to innovate while prioritising sustainability. Lifeline is the only locally owned island based business with the highest Fire & Security accreditations in the UK, NSI Gold & BAFE. Mark Lee, Managing Director at Lifeline says, “We are fiercely independent, we are multi award winning, we are local and fully understand the nuances and requirements of our valuable Island home and business owners”.

As Lifeline Alarm Systems celebrates 35 years of exceptional service in the fire and security industry, this step represents our dedication to not only enhancing the efficiency of our operations but also minimising our environmental impact. The introduction of these innovative electric vehicles aligns with our mission to integrate sustainability into our everyday practices wherever practical and possible.

“We are excited to take this important step forward by incorporating additional electric vehicles into our fleet,” said Cindy Newnham, General Manager of Lifeline Alarm Systems. “This decision not only reflects our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint but also re-enforces our position as a leader in adopting sustainable technologies both within our industry and as a local business.”

The VW ID Buzz vehicles are designed to deliver exceptional performance while producing zero tailpipe emissions, making them an ideal choice for a greener future on the Island. The vehicles’ stylish and modern design aligns perfectly with the ethos at Lifeline Alarm Systems where we adopt modern technology and remain dedicated to exploring more sustainable options as the company grows and evolves.

Lifeline Alarm Systems extends its gratitude to its valued customers and community partners for their ongoing support over the past 35 years. Together, we look forward to a future that embraces innovative solutions and a commitment to sustainability.
