Lifeline Alarm Systems Ltd. Awarded Silver Accreditation at the Isle of Wight Green Impact Awards

Lifeline Alarm Systems Ltd. is proud to announce that we have been awarded Silver Accreditation at last week’s Green Impact Awards, recognising our commitment to sustainability, ethical practice, and environmental responsibility across the Isle of Wight.

The Green Impact programme is a respected sustainability and social‑responsibility scheme designed to help local organisations on the Isle of Wight improve their environmental performance, reduce operational costs, and contribute to a cleaner, greener and more attractive Island for residents, businesses, and the wider community.

Achieving Silver Accreditation reflects the tangible actions our team has taken to operate more sustainably, from reducing waste and energy use to adopting more ethical, environmentally aware practices throughout our business. Actions include obvious choices such as use of fuel efficient vehicles, energy resources choices and recycling, but also less obvious actions such as rewilding, encouraging wildlife, with bee and insect hotels.

The Green Impact toolkit and award encourages organisations to take simple, practical steps that collectively make a significant difference. For Lifeline, this has meant embedding even greater greener thinking into our daily operations, strengthening our social responsibility commitments, and ensuring our work supports the long‑term wellbeing of the Island we serve and supporting our EN14001 Environmental Accreditation.

The Green Impact Awards celebrate the impressive variety of actions taken by organisations across the Isle of Wight. The formal awards ceremony held on Friday 26th June 2026, at Calbourne Water Mill, recognised everyone’s achievements and highlight the collective effort being made to protect our local environment. In total.

This accreditation is a testament to the dedication of our team and our ongoing mission to operate responsibly, sustainably, and with pride in the community we serve. We’re honoured to stand alongside other Island organisations working toward a greener future. Mark Lee, Managing Director says, “I am incredibly proud of the entire team at Lifeline, but mostly Chanelle Sulik and Cindy Newnham, our environmental specialists. Their dedicated work has assisted us with this amazing shift in mindset and the award.”
